Doctor i have tongue ulcer for past ten years i am 45 year old male .some days it will completely disappear and come back again .what i should do to get rid of it

For mouth ulcers you can take a cap BNC daily, suck the tab bifilac twice daily you can also use metroggyl gel over the ulcer, add fibre to ur diet , green veg , banana is rich sources, take two helpful spoons of isabagol husk at night with water,milk or curd , drink plenty of water. Stress maybe the factor . Consult for clinical evaluation
