Tongue tie 11month old boy
My son now 11 month old, have tongue tie which was observed at birth. we like to know surgical options at this stage and post surgery care and duration for healing.
our only worry is the trauma, stress my baby has to undergo if he has to undergo surgery with general anesthesia at this age.

For tongue tie depends on stage and severity may need surgery after 1-2 years decided by your paediatric surgeon
Coming to surgery part its simple and safe nothing to harm your kid much during surgery or anaesthesia
Its can be just done under short iv sedation or GA depends on thickness of tongue tie
Postsurgery also baby wont be having much issues
Dont stressed too much
