Tongue pain
I have pain and bumps on my back of tongue. Sometimes when I smoke it pains . I consulted dentist and he said it's ok. But I am feared . What should I do? Now it's almost 1 month . Pain is not continuous and it started like sharp pain at tip . Attaching photos for your reference

Dear as per your pics provided I can see small red dots on your tongue as well as your palate. This condition is known as smokers palate. Check Google you will find similar pics.
