Tongue infection
Something like ulcers or reddish oracles on behind part of the tongue from a month. No pain. Nothing else. Just a little bitter tongue but that too bery rarely. And cough and cold. Please explain what to do.

From ur description it seems to b normal tongue.... usually on the tongue v do have eruptions like small things .... because they r not painful .... keep them under observation for atleast few days.... if u feel they r increasing in size or colour is changing.... then please consult a dentist
