Toilet & laxative problem

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I have to go bathroom maximum times. This problem appeared nearly 2.5 years ago .when i take water,about 5 minutes I have to go to toilet & bathroom 3 times a day.Therefore i can't take quite water a day. It takes long time when i am in bathroom.I can't take food sufficiently due to bathroom & digestive problem.so please help me because now I am too weak & feeble.
