Toe walking knock knee and falling

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi My son is 2.5 years born premature arround 34 weeks. His weight is 12 kg and height is more as per age of this group. And he walks on toes mostly and run. Because of this he falls forward. And his knees are inside . He has overall developmental delays. He can't speak properly he speaks one or two words . In a sentence we can understand last words. And rest are bla bla bla. He has constipation passed hard stool but daily. And anus itching due to some pimple on anus hole area. I m from rural area. So no specialist doctors are there . And we can't afford to go to specialist in other city. I m worried and helpless. He is total poor for his age
