Playing game I got injury on my toe. It's paining it's swollen and I can't move it also. It looks like lil internal bleeding too.

1.Apply ice over it for 20 min 2.Get an X-ray done to rule out fracture 3.Support it in correct position properly through either Taping or adhesive bandage  4. Don't put weight over it . 5. Put your leg in elevated position

Do icing, visit GP if any internal bleeding for bandage and medicines. With icing pain and swelling can be reduced.

First of all give rest to ur leg Keep ur leg in elevated position Do icing to the toe Don't keep more pressure to the leg.
