1.Apply ice over it for 20 min
2.Get an X-ray done to rule out fracture
3.Support it in correct position properly through either Taping or adhesive bandage
4. Don't put weight over it .
5. Put your leg in elevated position
> Make your foot elevated by keeping a pillow underneath your foot and Rest it.
> Apply Ice for 10-15mins.
