Doctor we regularly checked mom diabetes at home she was having after food diabetes few days back some around 152 she take diabetes medicine twice a day and from few days she is eating all kind of food and mangoes today her fasting sugar level was 152 and after food 277 , pls advise something she never taken insulin

For any diabetic, diet, exercise and medications are very important. She cannot deviate from all these factors. Let her resume her diabetic diet, keep monitoring her sugars at fasting and post breakfast, before lunch and after lunch etc. If the readings are high, then her medicines prescription can be revised.
