To know if i could be oregnant.

Hi. I am 22 yrs old married woman. I have PCOs with regular 28 days cycle. My LH levels are high. Prolactin is also high 37. I have been going for follicular study for last three months. First month I had good follicles wich ruptured. But I got bleeding before my periods date which thendr suspected as implantation failure as it was a very heavy flow. Second month again i went for follicular scan and had my eggs ruptured. This time I got my periods with extremely heavy flow. Third month I went for follicular scan and the Dr said there was no dominant follicle in both ovaries. Its day 20 and I havent had any follicle. I am having naisea feeling from past four days, not liking to have food and feeling giddiness and fainting. Also I have too much gas flatulence with odour which usually doesnt happen. In this case are there any chances I could be expecting? The pregnancy test is showing negative.
