To know about late periods. To confirm.

Hello , my friend's last date was 10 June. When she didn't get her period we went to Doc on 19 July, she gived her medicine called crina ncr 15 ..she took it (5pills)..the medicine ended on 23..we had done with her usg pelvis test too ..there she got some hormonal problem nd 2 cm cyst in left Overy and some follicles in right Overy. .when we went to consult Doctor she said for wait more 15 days ..periods will come ...my friend had done 3 pregnancy test 2 before taking medicine nd one after that ...is there any chance that she is pregnant or if she is wht can she do to confirm. .otherwise if there is not at all pregnancy question then wht can be the reason. Plz ans my question. Recently she is taking so much stress for this problem
