To know about anti depressants

I have been prescribed anti depressants for my depression & anxiety issue. I am already taking homeopathic medicine for irregular periods & I want to know if there will be any issue like periods or fertility in future if I take anti depressants now.

Antidepressants sometime causes hormonal distrubance like increasing prolactin which causes irregular periods as well as fertility issue . But once dose is decrease or stopped everything gets normal . There are many antidepressants which can be taken during planning pregnancy or during pregnancy with out any problem.
