My daughter 4 years old had a cut near her eye as she fell down I am enclosing pic of her wound. Dr. asked me for stitches but stitches may not leave mark on her face. Please suggest some better solution

Your pic is not uploaded properly. I could not see it. If wound is deep and extensive then stitches are required for rapid and proper healing. You can consult plastic surgeon for fine stitches with minimal scar mark left later on.
