I have tmj disorder and I wear a biscuit(like a small denture) at night while I sleep and sometimes in day when things get worse but today morning I lost it and can't currently afford to get a new(6k) one so is there any other cheaper alternate for that biscuit?
PS - had to select "dentist" as there was no Maxilofacial surgeon option.
(If someone doesn't know what a biscuit is, it is basically worn on front teeth and it doesn't allow the jaw to bite. As a gap is made by the biscuit so my teeth's don't touch the opposite side teeth's.)
