Tmj disorder and pain

Asked for Male, 22 Years

My temporomandibular joint pains very much .(my jaw is slightly misaligned but mouth bite is fine) It started 3 years back and I got a mouth splint and the pain was gone one Year ago. I was pain free from TMJD pain specifically. Now suddenly the pain has spread upto neck, shoulder and arms and its very much irritating. Please guide
