I had fever for last two days .. And i’ve Been taking tablets .. and at the same time i’ve Got my periods but it’s not like usual .. this time it’s actually very less.. Now I don’t have fever but still that tiredness is there .. I’m getting scared as to thinking I’m pregnant or somthing .. so just wanted to know what Is it
