Tiredness and nausea

I had a doubt that i was pregnant whih is why i ate 2 medicines to quicken up my periods. Gynorit and gynaecosid. my periods havent begun but have this leaking feeling all the time. have small blood clots and blood in the uterus but no periods. i feel nauseous all the time and tired. what to do
