Tired eyes
Since 3 months my eyes are feeling very tired,week all time.very sensitive to light & blurred vision( strange vision very minor yellow tint in vision when outside home or unable to express what exactly). when I see face at mirror it looks less brighter than earlier( may be confused from reality). I see 6 opthalmologist (in AIIMS Delhi also) & 2 glaucoma specialist done every eye test indirect & direct opthalmoscopy, genioscopy,slit lamp examination, Oct of optic nerve,laser fundus photography,perimetry, pschymetry,tonometry etc. They all said nothing wrong in eyes( visual acuity(6/5) )& give eyemist gel.but my problem still persists & making me mad. please help me out cdr(.4),AVR 2:3 FR sharp.

Are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome Put eyemist eye drops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20.minutes. keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches.wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Hello A..keep using eyemist B. You can start neurobion forte multivitamin tablets also
