I am a mother of a 18 month old daughter. She is still on my breast milk. My energy even in the morning is very low. I have pain in back. I am having thyronorm 100mg. Get regular Thyroid test. I'm not having any other medicine or vits. Pls advice.

Spinach,milk, curds/ buttermilk eggs, Sapota, dates, cottage cheese, sesame are rich in calcium. Include at least two of these in your daily diet.
