Tired all the time.
I am a mother of a 18 month old daughter. She is still on my breast milk. My energy even in the morning is very low. I have pain in back. I am having thyronorm 100mg. Get regular Thyroid test. I'm not having any other medicine or vits. Pls advice.

You should gradually start taking your baby off breast feed. You calcium levels will be low , that makes you tired and can be the reason for back pain too. Spinach,milk, curds/ buttermilk eggs, Sapota, dates, cottage cheese, sesame are rich in calcium. Include at least two of these in your daily diet. If problem persists , visit a doctor in person
