Tiny pimples on child's neck and low chi
Hi doc,
My daughter about an year old and weighs 9 kg is having kids of tiny pimples all over neck and lower chin, can you suggest what to do or any dusting powder or something to apply.

Just remove that thread which is around neck
It looks like local allergy to that thread.
And apply calapur A lotion for local application 3times a day for 2 days
Rashes will disapear in next 2days
