Tingling sensation while 30 wks pregnant

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and I am currently experiencing this tingling sensation in my vagina that feels like I have to pee but after I empty my bladder I am still having this tingling sensation, & I have a history of preterm labor, should I be worried.
