Tingling in 1 hand at this age
Possible diagnosis is Nerve compression / Cervical spondylosis at the nerve root level.
B 12 deficiency can also be the cause ,but particularly in 1 hand ,we should think of other causes

Tingling in one hand at this age is most commonly caused by a pinched nerve in the neck (cervical spondylosis), carpal tunnel syndrome (pressure on the wrist nerve), or vitamin B12 deficiency â all very treatable conditions. Diabetes and thyroid issues can also cause this.
