Depends on severity of dryness
If u r working on desktop or laptop or mobile for many hours then kindly start a lubricant eye drop like refresh tears for at least 3-4 times a day.
Do frequent blinking.
Decrease screen time if possible.

Depends on the grade of disease and how meticulously you follow the treatment.
Any lubricant eye drop along with hot fomentation of lids is necessary.
