Cough syrups not recommended at this age..only nasoclear saline drop 2 drops in both the nostrils every 4 hourly for 3-4 days is sufficient. If cough is worsening then nebulizations will be required.
Any temperature more than 99.5 degrees is considered fever and any fever spike below 3 months requires blood and urine workup and plan antibiotic accordingly.
Next Steps
Watch for danger signs like breathing problem, dull activity, poor feeding, decreased urination; if present then please visit nearby hospital for further management.

Kufril SYP is not recommended at this early age. For cold, you can just give nasoclear drops 3-4 times a day. Avoid cough syps before 2 years of age. Fever in children is more than 100.4 if taken oral. No need to give PCM on 98.9. Avoid overclothing, this causes temp to rise. Paracetamol to be given if temp is above 100. Try sponging or decreasing clothing first.
98.9 is not fever. Lets not unnecessarily medicate the baby. If it crosses 100 u can give upto 6hrly. No issues if u give it along with the other syrup
