Hai...first you visit your nearby dentist...let them assess your case history and will fix appointments with orthodontist...u will get it tightened in intervals and charge accordingly..

Braces is an ongoing treatment. Generally they are not tightened for only one time hence no fixed rate. You will have to consult a dentist who will let you know after examination
