Tight hand every morning
Hi doctors can someone suggest every morning I feel my hands are tight and very hard and after 1 2 hour they become normal what can be the reason for this pls help with the answer or any test which should be done if required???

See whether your posture while sleeping remain normal i.e; not sleeping on your arm or hand instead of pillow. Also not over working on keyboard and mobile. Doing exercises daily which involves your extremities, back and neck.
