Tight foreskin problem
I am 20yrs old. I have tight foreskin problem. I can only partially retract my foreskin when it is flaccid, that too by applying oil, etc. I feel embarassed to talk to my parents about it. What should I do? Is circumcision necessary? Is there any home remedys for this? Do I need immediate medical treatment? And it was like this from my birth.

Hi, as you know this is phimosis issue , we can treat it by manual stretching or by circumcision. I would suggest manual stretching first as above 90% of cases I have treated with this. So contact me if you would like to go ahead with it.

It seems that you have borderline phimosis. You may require surgery or you may not require surgery. Many times when it is borderline phimosis..then during intercourse if you use proper lubricants like .. lubic jelly ..k-y jelly  or any other jelly or oil  etc for both of you then   many times there is no pain or tear of the foreskin nd u can have painless intercourse. But sometimes  if the  partner's  vagina is very tight or dry then you may face problem. So first you try the above said lubricants if your problem is not solve then you must consult a General Surgeon. www kayakalpinternational.com
