Tight foreskin in penis
Hi, my one year old baby have tight foreskin.. He often pass excess urine. 5 to 10 mins.. He is taking normal amount of water. I consult near by pediatrician he suggested cream for one month. If it's not works then baby should undergo a minor operation. What the actual problem is?? Is this be cured with out surgery? Am really worried

I can understand your concern.
It's called phimosis.
If cream doesn't work then yes surgery is a must.
There is no other option.
The operation is called circumcision.
Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
