Tight anal opening

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi, I had fistulotomy and post fistulotomy i got Hemotoma, doctor recommended Proctosedyl to be applied for Hemotoma. I started applying the same, however from two - three days i have gastric problem and my anal opening has become very stiff, i am unable to put finger Inside, which i was able to two weeks, is this side effect of Proctosedyl?

It is because of inflammation not because of Medicine. But u need to change TREATMENT.
