Your information is not clear. If you are having Typhoid fever vomitting may be present. Have you done Widal test?
Take tablet Domstal twice daily 1 hour before breakfast and dinner. along with Typhoid medicines.
Take easily digestible food. No fried foods atall. Drink plenty of water and fresh fruits. Complete rest is advised.

Vomiting ca be a sign of indigestion or food poisoning. It will require immediate treatment. The treatment and medicines will depend on the cause of vomiting. Do you have any other symptoms ? Since when you are having vomiting ?
