My mother is 53 yr.She had uterus removed in 2014.One year after that a urologist suggested her Livial (tibolone). She took livial for 2 years. The doctor says she has to take livial for long (10+ years). She developed high bp condition after that for which she has started bp medicine? Can she take livial for long? If she stops tibolone her face shrinks and she looks older.I heard long use of tibolone has serious risks than benefits?Plzz advice what to do?Should she continue Livial? Also Any other natural/ayurvedic/homeopathic/allopathic treatment possible for this condition?

Ya it is having more harm than benefit. For this problem consult gynaecologist directly and take her opinion and suggestion. She can do yoga and exercise if possible.Walking is the best option for female.
