  3. Thyroid test Report. To worry about?

Thyroid test Report
I took a Thyroid T3, T4 and TSH test today. T3 came out to be 1.24 , T4 1.87 and TSH 1.47. T3 and TSH was within the safe range as per the report. T4 is low. Is there any problem? Anything to worry about? Please guide me on this. Thanks in advance.
