Thyroid problem
I have normal t3 t4 but slight high tsh(6.7)i got test for anti tpo i got 247 lu/ml.so shod i go for medication or can i control by diet.pls help

Yes you are suffering from hypothyroidism presently. TPO level below 500 u/ml is good. tpo level is a clinical marker of any thyroid cancer or tumour. So treatment with medications and diet control regime must continue under any endocrinologist.
