I am suffering from thyroid since 2010..i have lots of issue with my health with thyroid symptoms. .like weight gain, dizziness most of the face in these days lots of sleeping.pls suggest me something which help me hw to loose weight. N control my sleeping time in morning. ..

hi     first thing is keep your thyroid hormone level in control by checking tsh  level every 3 month . then do exercise daily for 30 minutes so it will help in reducing weight and your sleep pattern will become normal and to reduce weight you should avoid fat containing foods like oily foods, fried items . eat more fruits , vegetables. you can go for yoga.
