Thyroid, PCOD, Hair loss, Hb deficiency
I have been diagnosed with hypothyroid since 2017. My TSH history is - July 2017 - 5.62; Oct 2017 - 4.99; Nov 2018 - 6.36; Sept 2020 - 3.05; & April 2021 - 6.43. I have been under thyronorm 50 mcg medication. In Sept 2020, I was diagnosed with GERD & Haitus Hernia. I was initially under Veloz IT medication till June 2021 & then Veloz 20 medication. Also, had low B12 and Vit D levels for which i was prescribed injections & tablets & I took all of it. During July-Sept'2021 period, i was having viral fever very frequently & suddenly was having severe hair loss. In Nov 2021, i got my TSH checked & it was 11.04 (thyronorm dosage is 75 mcg now) & Hb was 9 (as against 12 in April 2021). I am currently taking livogen z and hairbless tablets. I also have a problem of intermittent bleeding for past 1-2 years. Despite all of it, I feel very lethargic and have body aches all the time. Request if you could kindly advise if my treatment is proper. I have exam and am unable to study bcz of my health.

Most important thing to correct is anemia. Tablets will take long to correct and it may interfere with thyroid medication.
