Thyroid medicine in pregnancy

Hi, i am currently 6weeks pregnant. I have got my tsh test reports today. It has come 3.45. Currently i am taking 75mg eltroxin. So shall I continue with the same dosage or it should be altered?

If 3.45 level is after taking 75 thyronorm then you need to increase the dose as cut off for tsh is 2.5

First trimester TSH should be between 0.1 - 2.5. 2nd trimester TSH should be between 0.2-3 3rd trimester TSH should be between 0.3-3.

Next Steps

Increase the dose of Eltroxin to 100 mcg OD empty stomach . Repeat TSH, T4, T3 After 6 weeks .
