Thyroid Issue - In My First Trimester I Had 0.12 Thyroid Level.

In my first trimester I had 0.12 thyroid level. Am not taking any medicines. Now am 6 months pregnant. Do I need to do thyroid check? Or if it's below 3 do I need to take medicines? Please advise.
