Hi,
I was first diagnosed with thyroid when I was in school, at that time TSH level was 167, which later were controlled and it was in control for 4 years. I am using thyronorm 25mg for past 4 years, but now my TSH level is 11 something.
What should I do, I am little passive in my lifestyle recently, I have been doing wfh for about a year. Is it because my activity level reduced?
