Thyroid in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hii I had miscarriage 2 months ago again I m pregnant 5 week my thyroid range is 3. I m taking 2.5 mg thyrox one of gynaecologist told me to start 37.5mg and aspirin 150 mg to prevent misscarriage can you pls guide me what to do I m confused shall I take both medicines
