My wife 38 F is taking Thyronorm 125 mcg. Today her TSH is 10.22. What dose is suggested.

Is she taking it daily. Anyother medicine she is on? Sometimes other medicines can decrease the effect of thyronorm. How about any loose motion ? If these things are not there then she may have to increase it to 150 mcg. Also get ANTI-TPO Ab test done.
