Thyroid abnormality is not the disease, it is the reflection of your body system's working. Follow signs and symptoms, those actually help you to diagnose the conditions. Our body always guide us in a proper way, we just have to observe and listen for its notations. Rather following your report ,just do a single day observation about your body's symptoms regarding your routine habits like appetite, bowel movements, urine, sleep, sweating, taste etc. And then follow the do's and don't accordingly to get cured.
