Hello...... In most of the cases hypothyroidism is present even before pregnancy and will get noticed in routine test during routine test.. One should be on life long medicine.. Consult general physician in nearest hospital.. Get thyroid profile test done.. Attach the report, have to know whether it's hypo or hyperthyroidism.
