Thyroid antibodies are most commonly preset in most of the hypothyroid patients. It’s important in case of hypothyroidism. If it’s positive then we can diagnose as thyroiditis or hashimotis thyroditis.

Antimicrosomal and Anti thyroglobulin Antibodies are substances which are acting against the thyroid gland.
It's not tested routinely.
They're usually asked by the doctor when TSH is high, to determine if treatment needs to given n for how long.
Any value above normal is considered positive n it remains high for life. So there's no point in panicking at the numbers neither is it needed to be repeated again to look if the number has come down.
There's is no treatment to normalise the antibodies n it's not needed either.
You need to consult an endocrinologist if your Tsh is also high.
