Thyriod Stimulating haromone

Hi doctor, My wife is pregnant now and she has TSH and her TSH level is 5.41 and she is in 2nd trimester please suggest how much dosage she need to use to control thyroid and what is the regular diet she need to take. She is using thyronorm 75 msg and on Sunday she is taking one + half tablet

Hi As she is already on 75ug and in 2nd trimester u shd increase the dose to 100ug, actually thyroid will be calculated according to the body weight I. E 1.6ug x body weight
