Thumb jammed by volleyball
While playing volleyball, I thumb got injured. Now it is getting blue in colour. I am unable to move thumb properly. What should I do??

Hi, you need to get an x-ray to confirm there is no fracture, if so you can meet your physiotherapist for further management. But first rule out fracture. Take care

Strictly Avoid heating for next 1 week Put your hand in icy cool water for 10 min repeat the same every two hour. For next 3 days

Take xray of same bone, it can be fracture or just a ligament sprain, if xray is normal than visit a physiotherapist
