Throat stuck irritation

Dear Sir, Am 29 years am suffering always like some thing is stuck in my throat. Like all food is in throat itself. always burp also comes up feel like to vomit. But vomit also not comes. These issue am facing from last 5 to 6 month. Can you help me to understand what is the issue
