Hello Doctor, I need to clear my throat constantly with a period of hour or half. I am feeling sudden sweeling on my toncel area and it get clear atomaticaly from last 6 months and more and also I am a smoker from last 5 years. Can you please suggest which doctor I should visit in pune kharadi area. Who can check and tell me which is the reason behind it. Thank you

Also the tonsillar enlargement could be result of repeated inflammation and infection. In the long run , you might develop serious complications like COPD , cancer, etc
