Throat pain with mild fever

Asked for Male, 12 Years

My Son is reporting throat pain and mild fever since yesterday. With vometing, 3 times since morning. I started Azee XL 200 syrup and Meftal forte with reference to previous prescription. Let me know is this combination will work for him or need to alter. Thanks
