Throat pain, shivering, no sleep

I've been suffering from fever, took medicine but still it didnt go fully it seems. i feel shivering too and having pain in throat like thorns, unable to swallow easily. also, not getting any sleep at all from 2-3 days.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It could be pharyngotonsillitis . As of now you can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. Do warm saline gargles thrice a day.
