Throat pain ----------------- With bed rest, most cases quickly recover.The appetite is poor & the patient should be encouraged to take ample bland fluids and can usually manage a semi solid diet.Swallowing is made easier if a homoeo medicine.A mild purgative may be required.Many ty- pes of lozenges are available but probably have very little beneficial effect. Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  No you cannot use mucocid tablets for dry cough because in the name itself its mentioned that they are decongestant tablets. If there was sputum, then it would have been helpful. Tab. Zerodol-p thrice a day after food can be taken for fever and body pains. Get your cough checked out. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
