I have severe throat pain since yesterday I had augmentinin 75 and Montes LLC Since yesterday but no relief please advise

Please continue with the augmentin 625, and some anti inflammatory drug like Hifenac D twice daily after food for 2 days and do salt water gargling.You will feel better after 24 - 48 hrs only.
